As a part of festivities to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday, students at Patrick Henry Elementary School decorated classroom doors throughout the school fin Dr. Seuss themes. Ms. Carroll's 4th grade Deployment Club won the prize for "Most Army Like." 
The students came up with design ideas and did all of the art work themselves. They painted Cat in the Hat with real cami paint and wrote the names of the places their parents are deployed on his striped hat. (Afghanistan, Kosovo, Kuwait and Iraq.)
